Job Responsibilities:
1. Inspection, process quality monitoring, feedback and tracking of abnormal problems according to quality standards and relevant documents
2. Implement the quality system, assist in the implementation of the quality system and process review and track improvement measures as planned;
3. Confirm the materials online in advance according to inspection standards, sample sealing or customer requirements, and be responsible for the quality of the online in progress;
4. Responsible for the maintenance and verification of product inspection tools;
5. Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly quality data statistics to ensure accuracy and timely rate;
6. Responsible for the management of measuring instruments and office supplies used;
7. Responsible for the organization and preservation of inspection records, inspection documents, temporary documents and other documents;
8. Responsible for feedback on quality abnormalities, supervision and effectiveness verification of improvement measures;
9. Other temporary work arranged by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Age: under 30 years old;
2. Education: College degree or above;
3. Those who are proficient in using office software and have experience in the lithium battery industry are preferred;
4. Knowledge and skills: be familiar with basic quality knowledge, sampling rules, safety management related knowledge, etc.;
Tools and equipment used: 2D, digital graphics caliper, micrometer, thickness gauge, film ruler, etc.
