On January 27, the mass production line through-line products of Yunshan Power Phase I 46 series large cylindrical supercharged batteries were officially launched. This milestone event marks a solid step in Yunshan Power's application in the industry's supercharged market.
Since April 2024, Yunshan Power has begun to build a phase one large cylindrical all-pole ear battery mass production demonstration line with an annual production capacity of 1.5GWh. This demonstration line is the industry's first 46 series large cylindrical full-pole ear supercharged battery mass production line. This line is innovatively powered by fully automatic magnetic levitation high-speed laser welding assembly line and ultra-high pressure liquid injection line, which greatly improves production efficiency and can ensure high speed, high precision, high stability and high consistency in each production link.
The success of Yunshan Power Line is the starting point for the company's rapid development and will face more challenges and arduous tasks in the future.
