Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning, introduction, plan review, and equipment acceptance of production line construction equipment. Guide equipment engineers to do a good job in daily maintenance and maintenance of equipment; reduce downtime; and improve maintenance efficiency. Lead the technical transformation and optimization of equipment, tooling and fixtures, and meet the requirements of the company's quality standards and production capacity goals.
2. Responsible for organizing the preparation of production line construction equipment requirements, equipment selection, and technical plan review.
3. Organize industry research and introduce new technologies and new processes in the industry. Organize project establishment and feasibility analysis, and prepare import or technical transformation plans.
4. Lead in dealing with equipment problems that arise in production and organize on-site engineers to conduct training on equipment operation and working principles.
5. Lead the acceptance of equipment and confirm and evaluate the equipment hardware, software and process characteristic indicators.
6. Lead the completion of the transformation of equipment parts drawings and prepare equipment-related documents.
7. Lead the drawing and review of drawings for transformation of tooling, fixtures, auxiliary tools and fixtures to ensure the smooth progress of technical transformation or optimization projects.
Job requirements:
1. Education: College degree or above;
2. Professional requirements: Mechanical/Electronic/Automation/Chemical/Materials;
3. Work experience: more than 3 years in the same industry;
4. Age: under 35 years old
