Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of product-related process system documents, and update dynamically, including PFC, PFMEA, CP, PI, TI, WI, SOP, record forms, etc.;
2. Responsible for uploading, archiving and controlling product-related process system documents, and employee training and execution effectiveness check after process documents are issued;
3. Responsible for the identification and improvement of process risks in the jurisdiction, analysis and improvement of product quality abnormalities, and implementation of anti-dust and error prevention;
4. Analyze and improve customer complaints and review issues in the jurisdiction area, and improve process review and problem analysis of products and production lines;
5. Participate in promoting mass production and transformation of products, and assist in the process of introducing new products to the corresponding jurisdictional areas;
6. Responsible for the optimization of product processes in the jurisdiction, including process flow optimization, process parameter optimization, new technology introduction and verification, etc.;
7. Responsible for improving product qualification rate and engineering capacity improvement in the jurisdiction area, and analysis and improvement of pass rate data;
8. Responsible for the improvement proposals and the mining and submission of invention patents in jurisdictions;
9. Actively complete the stage summary report of personal work plans and process projects, and promptly report and correct action plans;
10. Actively learn theoretical knowledge and analytical tools related to process business, and actively participate in departmental learning salon activities;
11. Abide by the company's various management systems and actively participate in various activities organized by the company;
12. Other temporary work arranged by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above;
2. Professional requirements: Mechanical/Electronic/Automation/Chemical/Materials;
3. Work experience: more than 3 years in the same industry;
4. Others: Junior or above professional title, proficient in computers;
5. Familiar with lithium battery manufacturing processes and product standards, with quality control, engineering concepts and overall coordination capabilities;
6. Proficient in APQP, PPAP, SPC and FMEA tools;
7. Familiar with and know how to use office software such as Excel, Word, PPT, Minitab, MES, OA;
8. Proficient in and able to use 8D methods to analyze and solve on-site abnormal problems;
