Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the marketing team in collecting and analyzing market information, sorting out industry trends, competitor intelligence, etc., and providing data support for marketing decisions. For example, regularly collect information on the price, marketing activities and other information of competitors and conduct comparison and analysis;
2. Planning and implementation of marketing activities, assist in formulating activity plans, preparing activity materials, and following up on activity progress. For example, when preparing for a new product launch conference, helping to arrange venues, arrange guest receptions, etc.;
3. Responsible for maintaining customer relationships, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, handle customer complaints, record customer feedback, and improve customer satisfaction. For example, communicate with customers through phone or email to solve problems in product use;
4. Assist in the writing and editing of marketing copywriting, such as product promotion copywriting, promotional soft articles, etc., to ensure that the copywriting content is accurate and attractive;
5. Manage the organization, archive and storage of marketing documents, including contracts, plans, reports, etc., to ensure the integrity and ease of checking of the information;
6. Cooperate with the team to complete sales data statistics and analysis, produce sales reports, and track sales performance completion.
Job requirements:
1. Education: Full-time undergraduate or above (received fresh graduates);
2. Experience: Experience in the new energy or automotive spare parts industry is preferred;
3. Age: under 35 years old
4. Have a driver's license and can drive.
